We’re glad you decided to try one of our classes! To help get you off to a good start, we’ve prepared a series of quick Q&A’s to answer some of the most common questions we get. Click “Getting Started” in the menu area to return to this page at any time.

How do these courses work?

It’s pretty simple. We send out one email a day, or on some courses one email a week, with a quick introduction and a link to the reading for that day. Click the link, to go to the reading.

When do I get my first lesson?

You should get access to the first lesson immediately upon enrolling. This is in most cases. There are some courses that might have a special launch date.

How can I get the most out of this challenge?

Try to do the reading each day. Give it your best, undivided attention. And then use the comment area at the end of each reading to leave a note or ask a question about the content.

What if I get stuck or have a question?

If something in one of the readings is not clear, feel free to ask a question in the comment box at the end of each reading. One of our coaches will get back to you soon. If it is an urgent question, use the Help Hotline.

What if I don’t want to do this online?

Great news we have paper options! We can mail these lessons to you or if you are within certain areas we can do them in person in the comfort of your own home. Visit our contact section to request studies by mail.
